**Must have Accounts/Office Experience and/or Qualification**

An opportunity has arisen within the fast paced offices of M8 Recovery Ltd, the leading recovery company in Scotland for an admin/accounts assistant.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
*Invoicing

*Liaising with clients, customers, and key account holders in a professional manner.

*Flexibility and adaptable to change as other duties may be required of you in your daily role

*Credit control and Purchase Ledger

*Weekly Payroll duties

**Be proficient in using computers Inc. Outlook & Excel knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and Sage 50 payroll would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment whilst retaining attention to detail.

*Be a fast learner and adaptable to learning internal software packages and online portals

*Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times

*Have good telephone manner and be able to communicate in all situations in a polite and professional manner

*Be self-motivated and be able to priorities tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Depending on Experience.
