As Receptionist Administrator you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, ensuring a positive experience for all. In addition, you will provide administrative support to various departments, contributing to the efficient operation of our office._
- Youth Hubz provides supported accommodation for vulnerable young people and care leavers aged 16 plus, whilst developing their independence and preparing for adult life while keeping them safe in a homely and nurturing environment._ _We are an extremely fast-growing company with the ability to offer progression opportunities across different departments within Youth Hubz and our sister companies._

**Responsibilities**
- Reception duties including signing visitors in and out of the office
- Direct visitors to the correct department
- Managing incoming calls to direct to the relevant department and message-taking
- Organising meetings and providing assistance with minute-taking
- General office duties including filing, scanning, printing, archiving and opening & distributing mail
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Taking deliveries and organising returns
- Ensuring the Front of House is kept clean, presentable and secure
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and presentable during absence periods of the office cleaner
- Social media posts
- Organising events
- Other day-to-day administrative duties supporting the teams when required

**Person Specification**

**Experience**
- Experience of dealing with members of the public and other agencies

**Qualifications or Training**
- Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills at a level which will enable post holder to perform within their role

**Practical skills**
- Ability to use ICT and have a basic level of literacy and numeracy
- Participate in supervision, training and development activities as necessary to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills
- To comply with the requirements of all Youth Hubz, Care Hubz and Barkers Properties policies, procedures, and staff instructions, including responsibilities under the Health and Safety policy and procedures
- An ability to work with staff at all levels, working as part of a team and liaising with other professionals

- Numerate, accurate, methodical, and analytical
- Able to manage the workload appropriately, demonstrating efficiency and reliability, including meeting deadlines

- Able to work independently without direct supervision, demonstrating initiative when required
- Flexible and adaptable (particularly in relation to location)
