As Catering Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, assisting with the preparation and service of food while keeping an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety.

**The Role**
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the catering department ensuring food & service standards are always of the highest quality and that all Food Safety/Allergens are completed daily and to ensure these are still met when the Manager is off site.
- To supervise front of house operations
- To support the Chef Manager and ensure that presentation, portioning, staffing and costings comply with the agreed budget.
- Place online orders via Saffron, accept invoices, safe/petty cash count, till declarations and inputting the daily takings onto Saffron. Printing the DMP daily.
- Support the Chef Manager to train & develop the catering team to ensure continuous learning & development is taking place.
- To maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours and to deal with any customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the site
- Uphold our Health & Safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment
- Keep to deadlines, with prompt service of meals in line with our standards of accuracy
- Represent our catering & operations teams always thinking of Client satisfaction

**About You**
- Enthusiastic approach to work
- Catering experience is required
- but a positive, can-do attitude is essential
- Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene
- You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer
- Making sure the customer come first, ensuring their experience is an exceptional one one
- A determined team player who works well with others
