Time Appointments is pleased to be working on behalf of a large dealership who has branches across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. They are looking for a hard-working individual to join their Service team based in Felixstowe.
As a Service Advisor you will be supplying and chasing order numbers, booking in vehicles for MOT’s and services. You will also be the first point of contact within the business, liaising and welcoming customers. You will also be required to create invoicesand provide customers with a friendly and professional service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Great customer service and telephone manner
- attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Have great communication skills.
- Great administrative skills
- A great personality and the ability to work under pressure
