Shop Supervisor

**McCullagh's Spar Classic Service Station, Omagh - Shop Supervisor - Full Time**

We are recruiting a Shop Supervisor for our Omagh store. If you want a role that has enhanced benefits, a great hourly rate and flexible working hours then look no further.

Full time - Applicants should be flexible to work mornings, afternoons and evenings, Monday to Sunday. 36+ hours per week.

**Applicants must have at least 2 years of retail experience.**

Previous Supervisor Role experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. All previous applicants must reapply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Key to the role of a Supervisor is supporting our Store Managers in all aspects of running the store - motivating the team, making sure the right stuff is on the shelves and keeping everything ship-shape behind the scenes.
- To deliver customer service in line with our high Customer Service standards
- To contribute ideas for driving the business and its team forward.
- To assist in developing a motivated and empowered team through a positive management style
- To assist in ensuring training is delivered as scheduled
- To use relevant processes and policies to control the security of people, stock and cash
- To assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £12.90 per hour
