Grade 7 - £40,833 - £45,021pa**
**6 month fixed term contract (potential to extend)**

We are looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Talent Consultant to support Children’s Services.

**About the role**:
This role will report to the Talent Manager.

The advertised post will be integral to delivering successful recruitment campaigns across Havering Children’s Services. You will be part of a successful and hardworking Talent Team.

Responsibly supporting a portfolio of projects and activities to underpin and embed effective talent management within the Council.

The post holder will also need to have excellent writing and oral communication skills and excellent system skills; experience in using Oracle Fusion and Matrix cr.net is desirable.
