Adminstration Officer

The governors of St. Joseph’s RC Primary School and Highfield Community Primary School are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our hard-working team. St Joseph’s RC Primary and Highfield Community Primary School work together closely in a unique shared building. The successful applicant will work for both schools.

**We are looking for an Administration Officer**:

- Supports the ethos of both schools including our Catholic ethos
- Has an inclusive attitude and approach with very high expectations
- Is resilient and adaptable
- Has a good understanding of the managing a busy office and staff
- Will be a kind, caring, hard-working and committed member of our team
- Has experience of managing financial budgets and using management systems
- Will have a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality
