**Here at Team Educate, we're currently in search of exceptional Teaching Assistants for a part-time Teaching Assistant role in a Primary School in Sutton Coldfield.**

**Hours: 9.15-13.15 (part-time), 5 days per week (Monday
- Friday)**

**Pay: £55- £65 per day**

The role is tailor-made for individuals who possess a strong desire and heartfelt dedication to nurturing the potential of learners within the classroom. Teaching Assistant roles offer plenty of reward and challenge, especially if you're willing to put the energy and effort into forging strong relationships with the pupils in your care.

The role will involve working with different year groups in a primary setting. Often, you will be assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons, helping to prepare resources and maintain the classroom environment. You will also be supporting individual pupils in lessons, helping them to understand and engage in their learning. You may be completing 1:1 and small group intervention outside of lessons to help develop the skills of pupils who require extra support. **The role of a Teaching Assistant**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll additionally play an integral role in providing tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the finest education and the tools needed for personal growth. Collaborating closely with class teachers, you'll contribute to fostering a supportive teaching environment, allowing each pupil to thrive in their lessons. You may work 1-to-1 with pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLD), provide small group intervention for pupils with mild learning needs, or support the teacher in tasks for the whole class.

**Successful Teaching Assistants should have**:

- A proactive attitude coupled with a genuine passion for working with children.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to supporting students in their education.
- Previous experience of working with/supporting young learners.
- Previous experience of, or an understanding of, supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
