**THE ROLE**
This role is for an individual who is passionate about e-bikes and the environment, customer-friendly, hardworking and a pro-active problem solver.
The role of the bike mechanic is exceptionally important; you’re the backbone of Hygge Bikes and the key to our success where you will play an essential part in ensuring our customers have a great experience
**Responsibilities**
**After Sales Support & Technical Advisor**
Repair and servicing of the bikes.
Diagnose issues, fault finding and servicing of the bikes.
Manage, control and inspect returns.
Supporting Customers and enhancing customer experience of Hygge e-bikes.
**Requirements**:
Experience of working with e-bikes
Cytech Training
Driving Licence
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Strong communication and administration skills
Competitive Salary

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
