Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our dedicated team of construction cleaners. As part of the role you will be responsible for assisting on the following;
- Builders Cleans and Sparkle Cleans - Houses
- Post renovation cleans
- Large Commercial Construction Cleans
- Welfare Cleans (site)
- Showhome cleans
- Sales office cleaning

As part of the above you will be required to support construction projects around East Anglia from small houses to high value and large commercial spaces. The benefits being;

Established since 2019, Spire Cleaning Services Ltd are a family owned Company specialising in commercial cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and construction cleans. We are proud to support some of the key brands in the local area, as well as most of the major national house builders on their local sites.

**The Role**

We are looking to recruit additional Construction Cleaners to cover a variety of cleans in Norwich and surrounding areas.

The cleans are a mixture of construction and welfare. We typically support new house and commercial new builds with 3 cleans prior to their handover.

This is a mobile position and your role will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities, in accordance with agreed specification showing good attention to detail.

Training will be provided and the costs of the cscs card certification will be covered.

A valid driving license is not necessarily required as we are looking for both drivers and operatives.

We will also provide you with CSCS training/qualification if you don't already have this.

Hours - 40hrs pw

Salary £11 - £12ph
