Service Agent

PRS Recruitment are looking for Service Agents on behalf of our client based in Acton on a full time permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

- To comply with the road transport legislation
- To execute daily and weekly vehicle and cleaning routines
- To ensure the security and safety of any vehicle on property or customer proper
- To accurately record each customer delivery and collection according to current work instruction (via Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or route manifest as applicable
- To know and understand the scheduled delivery routes that you have been allocated
- To ensure the safety of any third party, whilst you are in control of the company vehicle
- To service, clean/sanitise surfaces of company washroom products at customer premises
- To deliver and collect Garment, Textiles and Sanitary waste to and from company branch and our customers
- To wear the provided service agent uniform and PPE, ensuring it is always clean and presentable
- Attend daily service agent debrief sessions with Account Management function

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Attention to Detail
- Confident, Patient, Polite and Courteous

The Package:

- £12.50 ph
- 27 days paid holiday
- Uniform provided

- Acton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Driving Licence (preferred)
