**Warehouse Operative - Early Shift**

**0600 Start**

C&P Medical are a wholesaler who sell medical products to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, vets and podiatrists. We are based at Bowerhill in Melksham. A friendly team of 55 people. The warehouses are a busy place and we all work hard to get the goods out the door on time.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for further Warehouse Operatives

**Your role as a Warehouse Operative**

As a Warehouse Operative, you will pick and despatch Parcels and Pallets

You will have experience in Goods out, unloading & loading all vehicles in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy, you will also work in a fast-paced environment

You will have attention to detail to comprehend all receipted paperwork. You will work in multiple areas within the warehouse and be skilled in all tasks

**The role includes**:

- Starting at 6 am until 3 Pm
- Ensuring all goods are picked & dispatched according to the picking procedure
- Ensure correct labelling of all orders for despatch
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and on time
- Using a Counterbalance / Reach Truck to pick & locate goods
- Using a handheld scanner to pick & locate orders
- Ensuring all goods are receipted in the correct manner
- To replenish the Warehouse as and when required, ensuring stock s always available for picking

**Skills and Experience**:

- 3 years previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Recent forklift experience is desirable, although full training will be provided
- Careful, accurate approach
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment beneficial
- Previous experience with hand held scanners beneficial
- Driving licence preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
