As the **Sales Director** you will be responsibility for developing and implementing a key growth strategy, tactics and actions plans, in order to achieve company sales and gross profit target. Responsible for hitting annual targets, building end user, customer, and all partner relationships and understanding customer trends, performing the following duties personally and through the sales team in the UK and across EMEA.
- Coordinate sales model by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, assigning sales territory to sales personnel
- Develop strong relationships with original equipment manufacturing, distribution, and new partner community
- Form sales strategies to keep the company competitive, innovative, and growing
- Achieve satisfactory profit / loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy
- Grow company market share each year
- Identify and engage valuable emerging markets with a view to maximising company profit
- Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to their marketplace
- Advise on product development to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line
- Analyse and control expenditure of Sales Department in order to conform to budgetary requirements
- Liaise with the Managing Director to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives of a sales team
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand their customer base
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer / partner relationships
- Partner with customers in order to understand their business needs and objectives

- Proven Sales Executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a Sales Director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organisation - internal and external
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA / BS degree or equivalent
- Be willing to travel throughout the UK and overseas
- At all times hold a full and valid UK or European driving license
- Development and improvement of sales team skills, capability, and execution
