Blue Arrow are looking for skilled and experienced warehouse operatives within Nantwich, you will be working with a range of goods where heavy lifting may be required. This role is repetitive so you must be comfortable with that. If you have previous experience and are looking for a role where you will not be required to work evenings or weekends then this is for you.

**What is my pay as a Warehouse Operative?**

Pay per hour is starting at £10.00+

**What are my hours and shift patterns?**

This is a full-time role and you will be required to work Monday-Friday, 8am till 5pm.

**What is my contract?**

You will be working on a temporary basis.

**What will my main duties and responsibilities be as a warehouse operative?**
- Store goods appropriately
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Some products may be heavier than others therefore, some heavy lifting may be involved
- Ensure delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production standards
- Carry out stock counts as and when required
- Using hand held scanners

**Skills and attributes we are looking for**:

- Able to work well as part of a team
- Can work well independently when needed
- Good communication skills
- An understanding of health and safety requirements
- You are able to stand on your feet for long periods of time

**Main requirements**:

- Ideally have your own high-vis and safety boots
- Communication: You must be able to understand a basic level of English and also confidently hold a conversation (important due to health and safety factors within the workplace and for you to understand instructions and communicate with those around you)
- Previous experience working within a Manufacturing/Production environment.
- Ideally holds a driving licence however, if you require to use public transport then you must ensure you can make your start time.
