**Job description**

**Clinical Waste Operative/Driver based in Wigan**

Hours per week and Shift times: Monday to Friday 5.30am - 1.30pm

40 Hours Per week, overtime available

Rate: £11 per hour, all overtime paid

**Description**:

- Collecting Clinical Waste from Nursing Homes, Nurseries, Dentists, Doctors, etc.
- Collecting sanitary waste from washrooms.
- Servicing washroom equipment by replacing air freshener refills, batteries, vending machine products, urinal mats, etc.
- Input collection and deliveries on an I-Pad.
- A company van and fuel card are provided.
- A DBS check is required and will be paid for by the employer.
- 28 Days Holiday Per year including bank Holidays.

**Requirements**:

- Able to hand ball items on and off vehicles
- Reliable and flexible
- Able to use your own initiative
- Trustworthy
- Full Clean Driving License
- ADR License 6.1 & 6.2
- Experience of working in a similar industry is an advantage
- Experience of driving 3.5 tonne vehicles (or similar)
- Must be a confident user of technology, specifically iPads

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
