**About You**:

- Friendly and approachable character
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Studio Assistant, you will:

- Handle incoming calls and enquiries, transferring them to the relevant department
- Process queries on our internal CRM system, forwarding larger quotes to the relevant department
- Provide marketing support and manage social media platforms
- Schedule appointments for clients and meeting room bookings
- Conduct client care calls for collections and follow-ups

**Advantageous Skills (Not Essential)**:

- Sales background (retail or other)
- Knowledge of Adobe suite of products (Photoshop/Indesign/Illustrator)

**Training**:
Full training will be provided for the relevant individual

**Working Hours & Salary**:
22.5 hours (10am-3pm) Mon - Fri

Upto £11.44 P/H
