**About The Role**:
Reporting into the Internal Audit Manager you will perform a key role within our Finance team, ensuring that your thinking puts the customer first in all aspects to improve processes and outputs through your audit work.

You will be responsible for:

- Conducting accurate and timely audit work and project assurance reviews to required deadlines to support the delivery of the internal audit plan.
- Identifying risks and opportunities for departments, allowing managers across the business to respond on a timely basis.
- Liaising with and supporting colleagues including key stakeholders across the business to achieve targets.
- Continually focusing on simplifying and improving processes and controls to achieve objectives, generating your own ideas for improvement and driving delivery.
- Understanding the environment of the area in which you work and the implications of changes while supporting a continuous improvement culture.

**About You**:
You’ll ideally have the following skills/knowledge:

- Be qualified, holding the relevant professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
- Effective verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate with stakeholders in a clear and transparent way.
- Good written communication and report writing skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to deliver in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Previous experience of stakeholder management and supporting the delivery of audit plans.
