**Volunteer Reception & Administration** staff required for Citizens Advice Torfaen Based in Pontypool or Cwmbran

**Do you live in the Torfaen area, can you commit to 1 day per week** can you work in either Pontypool or Cwmbran, do you enjoy meeting and helping people in your community, are you well organized, do you have good IT and administration skills? If its excellent experience you want to add to your CV or simply having a greater sense of purpose we can certainly help you achieve this.

We need great people to join our busy Reception & administration team. We support people in our community, helping the vulnerable, supporting people to navigate their challenges, be there to signpost people to the support that can help positively change their situation. We support with a wide range of issues including Welfare benefits, Housing, Debt, Family, Employment and much more. Volunteering will not only help others but give you a vast amount of experience and enjoyment.

You will train alongside experienced staff in branch at either Cwmbran or Pontypool
