Waitress/ Waiter

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Blue Check Restaurant in Bushey. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure proper presentation
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes meet quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with kitchen staff

**Salary**: £11.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week
