**About us**:
Children and Family Care Services are a CQC Domically Care registered Service. In addition we provide specialist guidance and support for young people within SEN education settings for children and young people who communicate need via their behaviours.

**About the role**:
You will work with young people who are temporarily out of their education placement, or where the young person is requiring intensive support to maintain their placement, and/or reintegrate into alternate education provision.

**About you**:
To be successful, you will be you will be highly motivated, and experienced in working with young people with a disability / and or in a SEN environment. You will be able to work under pressure and have an awareness of personal safety and risk. You will be educated to a good standard and will also have good organizational and communication skills, and an ability to write concise and factual records.

You will be required to work flexibly and to undertake some work outside of normal working hours. You should have the ability to travel to and access a variety of locations in Oxfordshire, and safely transport children to venues across the county.
