**The Role**

As an Administrator at David James Wealth, you will be responsible for working closely with our advisers and clients. You will be liaising with providers, organising paperwork for the advisers, and using our IT systems to record information and process business.

You will be highly organised, have real attention to detail and work well under pressure. You will work as part of a team, where collaboration and teamwork are central to all that they do.

You will have regular contact with clients by phone, in person and virtually. Client relationships are at the heart of what we do and everyone in the team has an important part to play in making sure our clients are well looked after.

- Developing great relationships with our advisers and clients
- Meeting agreed deadlines for administrative tasks
- Working closely with our adviser team to ensure administration and paraplanning tasks are managed efficiently
- Working collaboratively with the whole team, sharing best practices, and supporting the delivery of best advice for all our clients
- Continually looking for improvements and developing your skills and knowledge

Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of financial services administration, or other relevant experience
