We are seeking a Personal Assistant to work at the heart of this ambitious charity, providing a high level of professional, administrative, and organisational support to the Chief Executive (CEO) and Leadership Team.

Working closely with the Company Secretary, you will the support the CEO with general administration duties, help to coordinate meetings and reports for the Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, and be responsible for efficient minute taking at meetings.

**A bit about you**

You’ll be a proven administrator with exceptional attention to detail. Your organisational flair and time management skills will be put to excellent use and your flexible and proactive approach will allow you to readily adapt priorities and workloads to support evolving business needs. Effective verbal and written communication are essential for writing formal minutes and liaising with key stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.

**2 to 3 times a month you will need to physically attend key meetings, but outside of this the role will be flexible and there will be plenty of opportunity for remote working.**
