**Who will you join?**:

- A well established personal injury team with plenty of work

**What will you do?**:

- Run your own caseload of fast track EL & PL personal injury claims
- Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
- Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
- Instruct and brief counsel

**What will you need?**:

- 2+ years experience handling Fast-Track personal injury EL/PL matters
- being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential
- 2 years claimant EL/PL experience
- Litigation & CPR knowledge
- Knowledge of the MoJ Portal
