Yard Supervisor

Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Yard Supervisor to join our team at Redruth.

**The Role**

We have a vacancy for a full time Yard Supervisor within our **Redruth **Branch.

To ensure the Health and Safety policy is actively pursued throughout your area of operation.

To ensure customers receive the very highest level of service as appropriate to their specific needs, e.g. Trade or Retail or Account, including developing appropriate good working relationships to ensure customers become repeat customers.

To ensure the depot's stock is maintained to the highest standard and in particular ensure we maintain adequate stock levels, especially of day-to-day items.

**The R**equirements**

Experienced yard worker.

Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols.

Building material knowledge.

Supervisory experience and the ability to lead by example.

Excellent customer service skills.

Building sales beneficial

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Strong team player who works as part of a team and independently.

**The Hours**

Week1: Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00

Week 2: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Saturday 08:00 -12:00
