**Location**: Candy’s Cupcakes, Ashton-under-Lyne OL6 (**on-site only**)

**Position Type**: Part-time, Job Share (Rolling 3-month contract)

**Working Hours**:6.5-32.5 hours**:

- **Monday to Thursday 9am-10pm, Friday 9am-4pm, Sunday 10am-5pm.

We are excited to welcome a dynamic and engaging individual to join our team at Candy's Cupcakes as TikTok Shop Live presenter. As the face of our brand on TikTok Shop, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence, showcasing and decorating our delightful cupcakes and baked treats, and generating sales through TikTok Shop Live.

**Role & Responsibilities**

**Presenting & Livestreaming**: As our TikTok Shop Live presenter, you will host our brand's live streaming channel on TikTok daily, sharing your enthusiasm for our cupcakes and other delicious baked treats. You will engage with our viewers, promote our products, decorate cupcakes live and provide insights into the flavours, toppings and baked goods we offer.

**Sales Focus**: Being sales-oriented, you will use your charm, product knowledge, and innovative presentation skills to entice viewers and convert them into customers. Your ability to showcase our products in an enticing and persuasive manner will be critical to driving sales on the TikTok Shop platform.

**Order Processing & Packing**: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation before packing for dispatch.

**Creating TikTok Videos**:You will be required to appear in short TikTok videos for promotional purposes. These videos will feature our best sellers and any other products we offer and sometimes just for fun.

**Requirements**:
**Due to TikTok's policy the applicant strictly needs to be over 18 years old.**

**Excellent Communication**: A talkative and expressive individual with excellent communication skills will excel in this role. Your ability to engage with viewers and create a sense of excitement about our products is crucial.

**TikTok Experience**: An excellent understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop Live would be an advantage.

**Passion for Cake**: A passion for cupcakes and baked goods is essential. Your genuine love for our products will shine through in your livestreams. Any buttercream piping skills would be an advantage, however, full training is provided.
