Our scaling client a sales focused organisation in The Midlands are seeking a Head of HR, to work closely with the CPO & MD to drive the People strategy - you must have exceptional leadership skills and extensive HR management experience.
Great opportunity to drive people performance and engagement - this will suit a highly driven commercially minded strategic people lead.
**The Role;**
You will manage the people agenda for various areas of the business which will include;
engagement strategy, capability development ,succession &reward planning, strategy and resourcing strategy
Develop a resourcing strategy that ensures they on board great talent
Oversee employee relations activities and ensure that these are appropriately managed.
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience required;**
Experience of working in a stand alone senior people role, partnering a Managing Director preferably within a sales /commercial environment.
Experience of developing and managing people initiatives from start to finish.
Experience of developing bonus and commission schemes.
Solid experience of dealing with employee relations issues with sound employment law knowledge.
Experience of M& A
Ability to independently manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, including senior executives
Good organisational and interpersonal skills required
This is a regional role, will involve travel in the region on a regular basis
