**Job Requirements**
- Retail sales experience (no experience required, paid training provided)
- Ability to communicate effectively with our loyal customers (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Retail store experience preferred
- Must be able to work weekend hours (Sat-Sun only)

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet sales goals by displaying products, answering questions, and providing samples
- Greet and direct customers
- Maintain product inventory and store condition under the direction of the store manager
- Use a POS system to register customers and process transactions
- Build rapport with customers through a positive attitude and unique selling pitch
- Manage staff schedules and work as a team player to support each department's needs
- Coordinate with store managers to provide products, clothing, and sample items for showroom presentations

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
- customer service: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 18/05/2024
