Greendale Farm Shop now has an exciting opportunity for a hard working individual to join our family owned business.

You will ensure that the shop floor is fully stocked with great quality produce at all times, take responsibility the displays and quality of fruit and vegetables on sale in our produce department. Great customer service. a pride in the department and a hunger for selling is essential in this role.

You will have a proven track record in taking ownership of products and managing your own time. This is a very hands on role and not office based. Your day will start by quality checking and replenishing the fruit and veg. The back up stock will then need to be stored and rotated as these products are delivered daily. You will then work out the current pricing, check origins and ensure that the shop floor labels are correct, pricing will need updating on the till system. Replenishing of stock is continuous throughout the day. You will also be responsible once a week for ensuring left over fruit and veg is sorted ready for charitable donation.

This is a full time position 40 hours a week over 5 days including Saturdays. Flexibility during our busy periods i.e. Christmas will be required. The intended working hours for this position are:
Sunday - 07:00-16:00

Monday - 07:00-16:00

Tuesday - 09:00-18:00

Friday - 09:00-18:00

Saturday - 10:00-19:00
