**Position**: Patent and Trademark Administrator / Paralegal (dependant on experience & qualifications)
**Salary**: Competitive salary dependant on experience
**Location**: Oxford, OX2 with 2 days working from home (however 4 days in office during training period)
**Hours**: Full time Monday - Friday

Based a mile and a half from the beautiful city centre your role will be to support a two partners and their team of associates within the Oxford office of a European firm.
You will need to work with high attention to detail as well as working at a pace to support the partner and their team.
This is great opportunity to join a well established company and grow as a paralegal or administrator.
**About the Role**
- Creating and building reports for senior team members
- Preparation of invoicing and adding billing details and payments to the billing system
- Arranging and preparing meeting rooms with external guests including equipment requirements and refreshments.

**About You**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Relevant experience within professional services administration is advantageous.
