**Creative Office Assistant**

We are seeking an energetic, super star creative media assistant to join our small team You must be able to demonstrate your capabilities. We are a small hard-working team who like to enjoy and have fun too. Free breakfast every day, unlimited coffee-tea and casual Fridays.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office, Google docs
- Have photography skills
- Asound knowledge of social Media Platforms: Instagram, facebook, ticktok
- Understanding Shopify (website)
- Organised and meticulous
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Has interest in ethical handmade products
- Passionate about stories, culture, art and craft
- Good Communication skills
- Owning a laptop
- Knowledge of facebook advertising (meta) is a plus

**Responsibilities**:
**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Organising and managing all our stock, checking quality, pricing and tagging
- Creating spreadsheets for inventory and sales.
- Packaging, delivering and selling at events and pop-ups.
- managing social media and scheduling posts
- Designing promotional materials for events, such as brochures and videos.
- Creating customisable templates to use for multiple purposes, including presentations
- Help design promotional material for events like brochures
- Good knowledge of photography and editing using photoshop and/or illustrator
- Write copy for marketing and communication material, including press releases, infographics and social media posts.
- Maintain updated records of videos, Images and guides that we use.
- Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand requirement.
- Work experience as a Creative Assistant is a plus
- Experience with photo and design software packages (photoshop and Abode illustrator)
- Uploading content onto the website, including editing of photography and keeping it update.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
