**Guidewire QA - Contract - Hybrid (3 days a week in London) - £380 per day outside IR35**

We are urgently seeking an experience Guidewire QA to join our prestigious client, a globally well renowned insurance company.

This is an initial 6 month contract, with the potential to be extended, paying £380 per day outside IR35. Our client works a hybrid working solution, with 3 days a week expected in their beautiful offices based in central London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and embed project test approach which will support delivery against the defined project outcomes.
- Lead education of business and IT on agreed test strategy and approaches.
- Lead and support test resources on the project.
- Project level quality assurance and providing strong test governance of partner/supplier activities.
- Approve, review and provide input into the project test deliverables.

**Skills and Experience Specification**:

- Over 5 years test analysis and management experience. Recent Specialty Insurance experience is vital.
- Experience working with policy administration systems
- Complete understanding of the full policy lifecycle from inception to expiry/renewal/cancellation.
- Proficient at creating, shaping and implementing project level test approaches and driving all test activities across the full lifecycle of a project.
- Previous experience with Guidewire Software Products (i.e. PolicyCenter)
- Familiar with managing both onshore and offshore test resources across multiple time zones.
- Previous experience integrating Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to summarize a complicated data set into meaningful progress reports.
- Experience with industry standard test management tools (MS Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira etc.)
- ISEB / ISTQB or equivalent certification in testing.
