Mae cyfle cyffrous wedi codi ar gyfer Arweinydd ADY: Niwroamrywiaeth o fewn adran Taith y Dysgwr yng Ngholeg Caerdydd a'r Fro. Bydd y swydd hon wedi’i lleoli ar Gampws Canol y Ddinas.

Bydd y cyfrifoldebau'n cynnwys:

- Cefnogi’r tîm Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY) i gwblhau’r asesiad anghenion cychwynnol newydd i ddysgwr a chyfeirio’r unigolyn yn briodol at unrhyw dîm/timau perthnasol.
- Arwain datblygiad a hyfforddiant staff i godi ymwybyddiaeth o ddysgwyr sydd ag ASD a rhannu arfer gorau, gan gyfarparu staff â strategaethau ac adnoddau.
- Darparu cymorth un-i-un, mewn grwp ac yn y dosbarth i ddysgwyr sydd ag ASD a’u cefnogi nhw i ddatblygu strategaethau er mwyn cefnogi integreiddiad a chynhwysiant. Paratoi adnoddau er mwyn gweithredu rhaglenni penodol ac arddangos technegau i’r holl staff.
- Annog dysgwyr i weithio tuag at eu targedau unigol ac i wneud penderfyniadau a dod yn fwy annibynnol.
- Monitro ac adrodd ar wybodaeth ystadegol ynghylch recriwtio, cadw a llwyddiant dysgwyr sydd ag ASD a mesur effaith gwasanaethau cymorth dysgu ychwanegol.
- Datblygu gwybodaeth a sgiliau eich hun yn barhaus o ran gweithio â dysgwyr sydd ag ASD.
- Byddai sgiliau iaith Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon.

Rhaid cyflwyno ceisiadau gan ddefnyddio ffurflen gais Coleg Caerdydd a'r Fro yn unig. Mae’r coleg yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg. Ni chaiff ceisiadau a gyflwynir yn y Gymraeg eu trin yn llai ffafriol na cheisiadau a gyflwynir yn y Saesneg. Os ydym yn eich gwahodd i gyfweliad, rhowch wybod i ni os hoffech i ni gynnal y cyfweliad a’r broses asesu yn y Gymraeg.
