Business Analyst

We are looking to recruit a Business Analyst for our client who are the UK leaders in their field.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and redefine business requirements to transform business functions from E-Commerce, Finance and Supply Chain. Working with the development head and project teams you're ability to build rapport with internal and externalstakeholders will effectively capture requirements to feed into the development pipelines.

Having previous experience of Supply-chain, logistics and/or warehousing will be essential for this opportunity.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Process and Journey Mapping
- Working with the business to create process maps and user journeys for both existing and new functionality
- Facilitating Workshops and Delivering Presentations
- Facilitating workshops with various functions, either to help with the requirements gathering process or for managing a specific issue
- Requirements Gathering and Delivery
- Use various techniques and methodologies to enable the capture of business requirements. Transforming these into the relevant collateral (User Stories, Process Maps, Statements of Work and Presentations) and defining specifications for the development teamor 3rd parties.
- Developing a test plan and testing to ensure the requirements are achieved

Your skills and Experience will include:

- In-depth understanding of analysis techniques and approaches.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a warehousing and sales order fulfilment environment
- Logistics Processes: 1 year (preferred)
- Knowledge of AS400 data streams: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience of logistics processes are an advantage
- Process mapping

**Salary**: £47,500.00
