Cleaner - Regional

**About The Role**:
Location: Portslade, BN4

Hours of Work: Mon to Fri, 7AM to 10AM (15 hours)

Rate of pay: £10.42

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaner who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

**Duties **of a **Cleaner**
- Ensure all areas of the schedule are completed as required
- Ensure all checklists are signed off as required
- Comply with all health & safety regulations
- Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required
- Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections so as to maintain such conditions
- Dust control/vacuum and mop floors
- Buff/Polish floors (using appropriate solution) per specification
- Empty and reline waste bins
- Dispose of rubbish
- Wash walls/ledges/desks/doors/glass/fixtures/fittings and chairs as per specification
- Clean and maintain Toilets/Washrooms

**Job role requirements for **a Cleaner**
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good oral and written English
- Must hold a valid Visa enabling the holder to work in the Republic of Ireland
