We are currently looking for a full time or part time **Credit Control Assistant** (minimum 25-30 hours per week) to join the Accounts team of our well-established and reputable client on a temporary basis of **2-3 months.**

As the Credit Control Clerk, you will be required to prepare, complete, and maintain accurate financial records by assisting the Financial Controller in day-to-day duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customers queries
- Liaison with other departments to resolve Customer Invoice disputes
- Monitoring overdue accounts and contacting customers in pursuit of payment
- Payments allocation to customer accounts and posting to SAP system.
- Investigation and Preparation of documentation and raising of credit notes, adhering to Quality Procedures where required
- Investigating credit balances and processing for refunds where appropriate
- Controlling customer debit notes for credit and cancellation
- Finance/Accountancy qualification
- Experience of creating and maintaining basic spreadsheets
- Working Knowledge of SAP
- Experience of Credit Control procedures
