**Job Summary**

We are a busy station coffee shop looking for a mature team member to work Monday to Thursday mornings from 7 am to 10.30 am supporting the manager with a busy morning shift and Friday morning 6 am to 1.30 pm. Our coffee shop is situated in the entrance foyer of Harlow Town Station. You will need a mature and energetic outlook and have a passion for making great coffee and preparing food for our friendly commuters and station staff. Our team prides itself on our warm, welcome and friendly customer service so previous customer service skills in a busy environment will be helpful. Barista experience is necessary because you will be working independently on occasion but training and close support by the team will help you to be able to work independently with confidence. Level 2 food handling certification will be helpful.

Key Responsibility include:

- Delivering a fast paced coffee service to a high standard
- Preparing sandwiches, panini’s and toasties
- Operating the till and card readers
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Restocking the shop for the next shift

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Previous Barista experience is essential to be able to work independently

A mature and independent outlook is important because you will be working in a busy environment.
