**HRIS Specialist**

Our client has a 9-month contract based in Surrey for a HR Systems specialist to lead a project across EMEA/APAC, managing both the rollout of new solutions to support the People and Culture strategy and business requirements whilst also supporting efficiencyof the HR System and Payroll.

- Responsible for the operational integrity of the systems analyse, prioritize, and review proposed changes and approve testing results related to production issues that arise
- Ensures compliance and drive governance
- Analysis of vendors for Production Issues
- Provide operational support to our BP functional partners, including service as well as other third-party vendors
- Serve as the interface point between the global vendors and the business on functional and technical questions/issues
- Responsible for continuous improvement and enhancements in support of deployed solutions
- Responsible for developing solutions and deploying them

**Required skills**
- Programme delivery working with multiple global partners like ADP, BDO, KRONOS and Benefit administrators.
- Experience with payroll and SAP HR; Workday; Kronos ; eTime - Workday Foundational training and Time and Absence certifications/training has an advantage
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
- Vendor management
- Contract management
- Change management
- Programme governance, Risk management and delivery assurance to the leadership team
