Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and oversee shipment logistics, issuing clear instructions to suppliers while maintaining regular communication with customers to provide timely updates.
- Compile import documentation, such as packing lists, commercial invoices, and any additional paperwork necessary for the importer's requirements.
- Liaise with banks to ensure the proper presentation of documents, adhering to the specifications outlined in Letters of Credit for compliance purposes.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing various tasks concurrently. The Logistics Assistant will receive support from the Logistics Manager, hence prior experience is not mandatory but preferred.

Working hours: 9am-5pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
