The role of Accommodation Supervisor will involve:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of our Ocean View Pods and self-catering lets: ensuring that all aspects of our accommodation venues are presented to the highest possible standards, while also maintaining the highest level of visitor satisfaction.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and appropriately to ensure a seamless and memorable visitor experience.
- Manage staff, schedules and resources effectively to ensure smooth operation and the highest levels of cleanliness within all accommodation.
- Enhance the overall visitor experience, coming up with fresh ideas to help improve our offering and increase our visitor numbers.
- Communicate effectively, and foster positive relationships, with staff and our Pod partners Furtherspace, to facilitate a collaborative work environment.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of services provided.

**About You**:
We are looking for applicants who are good communicators and find it rewarding to go the extra mile for their customers. Applicants must have:

- Min Grade C in English and Maths at GCSE Level
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in
- Organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the accommodation sector.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13,000.00-£15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
