Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a forward thinking Architectural Practice in Milton Keynes, who have recently started searching for creative, enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant to join their ever-growing team. Our client are seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team, which offers extensive career prospects and progression opportunities.

Our client have high expectations of their new recruits, therefore a Part II Architectural Assistant is most likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the new opportunity; interest in the practice and their ethos including the type of projects they'd be working on; a willingness to learn and take on information when needed. Our client work on a variety of exciting commercial, industrial and residential projects, the successful individual will be given the chance to work alongside other professionals within multiple of these sectors. Prior sector experience in any of the 3 sectors would be highly advantageous. Project values are typically between the values of £3,000,000 to £40,000,000.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Part II Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 1 years' practical experience (although this could be at Part I) to join an ambitious, rapidly developing practice around Milton Keynes. They have a strong ethos and are passionate for creating exciting design solutions for their many clients spread across the UK.

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Overview
- Work alongside an experienced Architect on a range of exciting projects, within the commercial, industrial and residential sectors
- Form and maintain relationship with both colleagues and clients
- Use both Revit and AutoCAD on a daily
- Working on projects at all RIBA stages
- Producing high quality designs within a variety of sectors
- Consult with other professionals about designs

Part II Architectural Assistant Position Requirements
- Living in or around the Milton Keynes area
- Good knowledge of either Revit or AutoCAD
- Experience within either of the residential, commercial or industrial sector
- Ambitious individual who is keen to progress
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Produce high quality designs for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
- Minimum of 1 year's post Part I experience (preferred)
