Assoc. Material Conditioner

- Performs general tasks which relate to the finishing processes of a range of parts for completion product tools
- This will include, but is not limited to, deburring, blasting, marking of various components
- Will ensure that all parts are processed in accordance with drawing, bill of material, and specification requirements
- Responsible for ensuring that all documentation to ensure compliance is completed correctly
- Under the direction of supervisor, will be responsible for movement of parts within production area’s
- Preferably has knowledge of production processes, good safety focus and awareness of quality systems
- Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of fork lift trucks, pallet trucks and overhead cranes
- Seeks to identify potential improvements in all processes related to this role
- Engage in Continuous Improvement program within the production area helping ensure that work area’s are maintained & improved as part of ongoing activity
- The position will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed
