**The Role**:
As a Product Marketing Executive, you’ll be joining a passionate marketing team and working closely with product teams to promote a wide range of our products. You’ll be working with the Product Marketing Manager to make sure our product launches, updates and ongoing product promotion are scoped and delivered to a high standard.

You’ll be responsible for liaising with our product team and defining the most effective and impactful methods for collaboration, as well as liaising with other marketing teams within Twinkl. This role will require excellent communication, partnership working, PR awareness and stakeholder management, as you will be working with multiple areas of the business.

**Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day**:

- Develop and implement tactics to further our reach and promote our products
- Deliver campaigns and product launches in line with the Product and Services Roadmap
- Create marketing assets, including copywriting and image creation
- Support the Product Marketing Manager with projects as required

The Product Marketing Team is a very passionate and hard-working team so we are looking for someone that is hardworking, passionate, driven and loves what they do. We would like someone to join our team who has the ability to communicate and work well with others as this role involves working collaboratively within the team as well as with many different areas across the business. We are a relatively new team of 6 people and have welcomed many new team members over the last 6 months so we are looking forward to welcoming another

**In this role, you will learn**:

- How to ideate and create diverse, inclusive, engaging and varied marketing materials across a range of channels
- How to collaborate and liaise with professionals across the business

**You’ll work with**:

- Leon Smith - Chief Customer Officer
- Kate Swarbrick - Head of Brand Communications
- Lizzie de Lusignan - Product Marketing Manager
- Senior Brand Marketing Manager, and Brand Marketing Team
- Head of Product, and Product Owners
- Other HODs and Leaders from throughout the business

**To succeed in the role, you will**:

- Be able to coordinate multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively
- Be able to balance creative thinking with project management
- Be proactive in developing relationships and partnerships, within and outside of Twinkl, to further product awareness and grow our brand
- Be a real team player and strong collaborator; adaptable and able to work with others to develop new ideas
- Be able to communicate with colleagues and our external partners effectively, both written and verbally
- Be open to feedback and implement feedback in ongoing projects
- Be able to produce quality work and is ready to learn new skills

**Requirements**:
**We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following**:

- Marketing or communications experience, or can demonstrate the required skills
- English GCSE Grade C or equivalent minimum, with exceptional spelling and grammar skills
- Experience in using social media and knowledge of current trends within the education sector
- Experience working in the education sector would be beneficial
