- We are currently recruiting for a OSP Change Relationship Consultant, you will be working within the Commercial Management team supporting the management of relationships between the Phoenix Group and its Outsourced Service Providers. This role will act as the ambassador of OSP Change across the business, integrating within the BAU and Change Portfolios to provide oversight of BAU and Project Change impacting OSP’s. Seen as an integral stakeholder for OSP Change by the business and the OSP by buidling strong and sustainbale relationships by acting as the gatekeeper for Change. Continiously ensuring OSP Change process is improved and embedded within the buisiness. Working in conjuction with the Commercial Management and Relationship Management team by ensuring OSP Change is in line with the contractual and commercial agreements in place.

**Specifically this will involve**:

- Supporting the management of the relationships between Phoenix Group and its outsourced service providers (OSPs).
- Supporting the management of the contractual and commercial arrangements between Phoenix Group and its OSPs, with focus on Change delivery.
- Ensure Outsourced Service Providers are adhering to Governance requirements.
- Supporting the management of the Third Party Management Framework
- To manage production and development of appropriate management information and executive analysis in respect of Outsourced Service Providers delivery
- To work in conjunction with the business on project / change initiatives relating to the OSPs
- Manage and develop OSP relationships with support from the wider team
- Manage operational risks associated with the OSP relationships and contractual arrangements, including risks associated with OSP IT releases and Change Delivery
- Engage with Stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the collation and tracking of all queries and issues (including change and commercial) through to resolution.
- Chair as required and support the respective governance meetings to ensure these are run to schedule using the agreed format ensuring relevant report and inputs are available within the agreed timescale and that the with clear and concise minutes produced.
- Lead on the training and business upskilling in conjunction with the Centre of Excellence team for all OSP Change processes.
- Support the annual AOP that impacts the OSP working closely with the Enterprise team.

**What are we looking for?**

It is desirable to have worked in a similar Pensions & Life Insurance environment, and to have an understanding of regulatory/contractual framework, in addition to outsourced arrangements. Also to have demonstrable understanding of contract and third party management skills, combined with knowledge and experience of service level and performance management.
