Your new role:
**About The Role**

As a General Foreman, you’ll be responsible for
- Comfortable being the main point of contact with the Client/sub-contractors on site
- Responsible for quality of workmanship in all areas on site
- Responsible for productivity in all areas on site
- Promote a high Health & Safety awareness throughout the site
- Relevant administrator to be collated and appropriate site records to be maintained
- Regular liaison with sub-contractors on site
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors on site
- Control of works on site in conjunction with other members of site management team
- Control of plant hire and maintenance and security of same
- Ordering materials and plant for site works
- Awareness of site budget
- Awareness of programme constraints and driving works to meet targets
- To provide an exemplary service that fully matches our clients’ expectations
- Co-ordination with neighbours/ stakeholders; displaying an approachable manner and willingness to assist where possible

**About you**

We look for our general foreman to come from a civils background with a valid CSCS card. You will have supervision experience and a SMSTS ticket to look after staff on site and have a driving licence as you will be required to work on different sites within the central belt.
