**This Top 100 firm is looking to expand its Private Client Team by bringing on an experienced Private Client Solicitor of 4 years PQE into their office in Oxford.**

This top 100 firm has an excellent client **base of HNW individuals and businesses**, and a growing proportion of their work has an international element.
The firm has a **long history** and has grown year after year, with a current **headcount of over 400** members of staff with **65 partners**. They have a history of attracting lawyers out of the city who are looking to retain a high quality of work but want better **work-life balance**, progression, and prospects.

**The role**:
**Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor 7 years PQE to join a leading practice operating out of Oxford.**
With a focus on wealth protection and tax efficiency, your work will span across wills and trusts, trust administration, LPAs, probate and the administration of estates.
The department acts for some of the wealthiest individuals and families in the UK, meaning the work will be complex in nature and high-value. You'll be given the support and autonomy to take on matters in line with your level of experience, whilst having the opportunity to work with Partners on more complex issues.

**If you are STEP qualified or working toward this accreditation, this is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.**
**Requirements**:
- Private Client Solicitor 5 years PQE with experience in a quality practice
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development and outstanding client care
