Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a vibrant restaurant in the heart of the city. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards - Upsell additional menu items or specials to enhance the guest experience - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area - Handle guest queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous - Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour - Knowledge of basic food safety practices - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments - Willingness to assist in food preparation or other tasks as needed Join our team today and be part of a dynamic environment where your passion for hospitality will shine through
