Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Housing Association to recruit Multi Trade Operatives for permanent roles - undertaking works across the South-West London areas.

**The Role**:
This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

**Duties**:

- Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave
- Plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding
- Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
- Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
- Patch Plastering
- Snagging Works
- Logging works via PDA
- Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

**Company Benefits**:

- Basic Salary: £34,500 - £39,500

- Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential

- Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £34,500.00-£39,500.00 per year
