Reed Education Cheshire are seeking a highly organised and motivated School Administrator to oversee the daily operations of one of our Secondary Schools in Cheshire West.

The School Administrator will be responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of the school, coordinating with faculty and staff, and ensuring that the school meets its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the administrative and financial operations of the school, including budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and purchasing.
- Supervise and provide support to faculty and staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Coordinate with the school board, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the educational mission of the school.
- Oversee the admissions process and student enrolment, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor student progress and provide support to teachers and staff to ensure academic success.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the community, including local businesses, community organizations, and other schools.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in educational policies and regulations, and ensure that the school remains compliant with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the school board.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration, with demonstrated success in managing budgets, personnel, and operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including faculty, staff, parents, and community members.
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to education.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
