Duties
- Conducting stock checks and receiving delivery
- Drive store standards, including displays
- Achieving sales targets
- Recruit, train and supervise shop assistants.
- Take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of the store and Deposit cash at Bank.
- Answer customer enquiries and give advice about products.
- Connect with customers face-to-face, Ordering stocks from wholesalers and manufacturers.
- Lead and co-operate with other staffs where needed, operate shop till and any related software for recording sales and purchases.
- Daily opening and closing the store and check the opening and closing cash balance. Communicating with Management to ensure the shop continues to run smoothly.

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
