**We are currently are looking for a HR Advisor to join our busy HR team in Warrington.**

As HR Advisor you will support the HR Team and Managers with any HR related issues, you will have the focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure that all queries and requests are met in a timely manner and to a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role is Monday - Friday; 37.5 hours a week.

**We’re looking for**:

- CIPD Level accreditation desirable or working towards this
- Demonstrable resilience and forward planning skills within conflict resolution
- Understanding of principles of good HR practice and a good knowledge of employment law
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information is key
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence and, when appropriate, challenge with tact and diplomacy
- A proactive approach to work and problem solving, and the ability to spot and deal with issues as they arise.
- Confident with systems (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, RLA,) and tools to support the role Ability to analyse, interpret and deliver data and information in an accurate, fair and concise manner
